The company ships anywhere within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands but cannot ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Sperry offers 4 types of delivery service. Standard Delivery, wherein the product arrives within 2 to 8 business days from date of order; Express Delivery, the product arrives 2-4 business days; Overnight, 1 to 3 business days; and Custom, wherein the product arrives 3 weeks from date of order. Standard Shipping is free except for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. These will be charged $10 for air shipping.
Products may be returned within 45 days from date of invoice provided that it is unworn and is in the same condition as when it was received. Products returned beyond said period will not be accepted. Products should be returned in its original packaging with the enclosed packaging slip and return form. Customized products are subject to final sale and cannot be returned. The company does not charge for returns, but it also does not accept exchanges as of this time.
