 Through Monday, get the Plextor ConvertX PX-TV402U PVR Recorder with Analog TV Tuner for $200 - $59 instant savings - $60 rebate = $80 at Tiger Direct. The TV402U features hardware-based DivX and MPEG-2 video encoding from multiple inputs including s-video, RCA/composite, and analog RF cable/antenna. It connects to a Windows PC via USB 2.0 and uses the PC to store the encoded video. While this device works well with Windows XP and 2000 systems, it doesn't support Vista and Plextor has shown no plans to support Vista for the TV402U so plan accordingly (which accounts for the combination of 5 and 1 star reviews). It ships with USB, AV, and power cables and a video software suite on CD.
