The Philips HN110 feature active noise reduction, a foldable headphone design, full size padded cushions with over-the-ear design for effective noise reduction. Package includes airline adapter for use with airline entertainment systems. They make a good alternative to the effective, but pricey Bose Quiet Comfort headphones.
Also available, get the Sony MDR-NC6 Noise-Canceling Headphones for $49. The functionality is similar, but the design is a bit different.
