The Lite On DVD Recorder includes support for writing to DVD + and - R and RW media. It can record from cable/antenna TV, Mini DV via Firewire (like direct from a video camera), and composite or RCA video inputs. It supports progressive-scan video playback through the component video outputs. It supports the usual range of other media playback as well including regular DVD video discs, CD-Video discs, WMA and MP3 audio, and JPEG photo CDs.
